It depends on the product. Pomades and fiber clay work best when applied to slightly damp or dry hair. Sea salt spray performs well on damp hair before blow drying. Texture powder should always be applied to dry hair at the roots for maximum lift and control.

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to make changes. Please contact support as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
Contact us immediately if you notice an error. If the order has not shipped, we can update the address. If it has already been dispatched, we will work with the carrier to see what options are available.
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue quickly.
